We are seeking a PROJECT ARCHITECT for our San Francisco Architecture Studio.
The Project Architect will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing project teams and individual assignments.
- Ensuring production of contraction documents are aligned with the design intent.
- Coordinating between teams and projects and their associated consultants.
- Managing project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinating with and representing the firm to obtain approvals from clients and state and local agencies having jurisdiction over projects.
- Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise.
- Team guidance and leadership.
- Serving as a technical mentor to other team members.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
- Must be a licensed Architect.
- Possess extensive knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
- 5-7 years Project Architect experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams and projects.
- Strong organizational skills.

We are seeking an INTERMEDIATE PROJECT ARCHITECT for our San Francisco Workplace Studio.
The Intermediate Project Architect will be responsible for:
- Manage, organize, and coordinate project teams and team assignments, to complete interior architectural projects.
- Be responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, and be responsible for project schedules.
- Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to their team.
- Coordinate activity and communication between project team, consultants and other disciplines.
Qualified Candidates will meet the following criteria:
- 8-10 years experience as a Project Architect, including experience in Workplace/Interior Design.
- Knowledge of building codes and structures.
- Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices.
- Possess good communication and management skills.
- Know how to mix principled conviction and fun at work.
- Be a good collaborator and display leadership qualities.
- Be a self-starter.
